Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is one of the most popular and widely practiced forms of massage therapy. Developed by Per Henrik Ling in the early 19th century, it is known for its therapeutic and relaxing properties. Swedish massage techniques primarily focus on promoting relaxation, relieving tension, and improving circulation in the body. Upon booking, choose a 60 or 90 minute "Combination" and we will discuss the pressure you would like to receive.

Swedish massage is known for its ability to induce deep relaxation, reduce stress, and promote a sense of well-being. The soothing and gentle nature of the strokes helps calm the nervous system.

Please consult your physician that massage is safe to receive if you have an injury or are within 8 weeks of a surgical procedure. It's advisable to drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins released from the muscles during the massage.
